When you ask for help with Eagle IPTV or Eagle 4K, first explain whether the issue concerns your reseller panel or a player application. These are different parts of the setup. Identifying the affected part makes your support request much easier to understand.

Panel access and player access are different

A reseller panel is used for account-management tasks. A player application is used on a viewing device. Do not assume that the login details for one belong in the other, or that an app with a similar name is the correct one for your order.

Use the access address and instructions provided with your confirmed order. If you do not know which address or app to use, ask the contact who supplied your access instead of testing credentials on unfamiliar websites.

Before asking about a panel login

Check that you are opening the address supplied for your exact panel: Eagle IPTV or Eagle 4K. Note the message shown on screen and whether the issue happens before or after you submit the login form. Confirm that you have copied the address correctly.

If your browser displays a security or certificate warning, do not bypass it or enter credentials on that page. Ask support to confirm the current address and describe the warning. A screenshot can help, provided you hide private information.

Before asking about a player application

Write down the device model, operating system and exact player name. Explain whether the problem concerns signing in, loading a list, the programme guide or playback. These are different symptoms and may need different checks.

Ask support which app and login method are suitable for your particular offer and device. An application being mentioned in a forum does not confirm compatibility with your own account. Installation and any app licence requirements should be checked before you rely on that app for customers.

Make the problem reproducible

Include when the problem started, your time zone, the exact error text and the last action before the error appeared. Say whether the problem affects one device or several, and whether it happens consistently or only at certain times.

If you make a basic change, such as restarting an application, note the result before trying another step. A short record of what changed is more useful than a long list of changes made together.

Share useful details without exposing credentials

A useful private support message includes your order reference, panel name, device or browser, error message and the time of the incident. Hide passwords, complete access URLs containing credentials, customer lists and payment information in screenshots.

For example: “I ordered [panel and package]. At [time and time zone], I opened [panel or player] on [device/browser]. After [action], I saw [error]. It affects [one or several devices]. My order reference is [reference].”
